    Fresh Veggies, Fruits And Produce

    What, how much you eat is important. There is variety and choice to be had, so feel free to indulge. Eat lots of different veggies at meals, snack time and include colors, textures and tastes to create not only colorful and flavorful meals, but also healthy and a joy to prepare with ease and confidence.
    Eat more and get good nutrients and essential vitamins and minerals into your diet.

    These are exceptionally good for
    rebuilding muscles
    stimulate weight loss
    essential nutrient rich
    Include deep dark, fresh, colorful greens, red, orange, and yellows. Steam the veggies or eat them raw for best results
    Use not butter, oil or dressing
    Reduce fat with every meal and entrée, side, snack (per serving
    allowances)
    Fresh is better, frozen close second, canned and processed veggies
    are in last spot, but still better than some other foods.
    Be bold and entertain your taste-buds to something new that you
    have not had before – you might like it so much that you keep
    experimenting, combining and will be creating meals fit for a king
    (a healthy one at that too!)

    Eat as much as you want and especially when you feel peckish and want to indulge, these are handy, low calorie and boosts energy. The crunchy carrots, apples or whatever you reach for will be better than refined, baked, fried, sugary, baked goods for example, or chips, other salty, fat-laden, calorie-rich alternatives!
