    Love Handles, help me lose them!

    This is a valid cry. If you have been hitting the gym 4 to 5 times a week working out and doing serious ab routines – and yet you have nothing to show for it, you will indeed be disappointed. And the only comfort and consolation you get, is the thought that you are not alone.

    In your quest to lose your love handles, you must always keep in mind that in order to do so, you must have a comprehensive plan on how to approach this. Depending solely on crunches to lead the way towards 6 pack abs, would not yield the aspired results – and depending solely on diet, would not give you the definition you have always dreamed of.

    It is thus a combination and a mixture of all the important factors that would yield the best results – and the 6-pack abs would no longer be a myth to you.
